How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak months. Last-minute bookings are still welcome if we have availability.

Do you deliver and set everything up?

Yes. All hires include full delivery, setup, testing, and pack-down. We make sure everything is ready before your event starts.

How long can I hire the equipment for?

Most services are hired for 2–4 hours, but we can offer longer hire times if needed. Just let us know your event schedule.

Do you need access to power?

Some items do, such as the 360 booth and popcorn machine. We’ll let you know in advance what each setup requires so you can plan the space.

Is there a deposit to secure my booking?

Yes, a small deposit is required to confirm your date. The remaining balance is usually due before the event.

Can you set up at any venue?

Yes. We work with homes, halls, hotels, outdoor spaces and most event venues. As long as there’s enough space and safe access, we can set up without any issues.

How much space do I need for the equipment?

Each product has different space requirements, and we’ll let you know exactly what’s needed when you book. We’re happy to advise on the best layout for your event.

Can I hire multiple products together?

Absolutely. We offer multi-booking packages and can tailor a bundle to suit your event. You’ll often save more when booking two or more items.
